Nikki Beach Hospitality Group is seeking an Executive Sous Chef – Lucia Marbella to lead the kitchen team at Lucia Marbella in Marbella, Spain. You will oversee service execution, ensure exceptional food quality and presentation, and drive operational excellence in a high-volume luxury setting.
Working closely with the Executive Chef, you will manage costs, develop menus, train staff, and ensure adherence to HACCP and health & safety standards across VIP events and special activations.
