We're looking for a Marketing & Growth Manager who combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to help us strengthen our brand, generate qualified opportunities, support our commercial growth and position DEMPO as one of the leading Software Engineering companies in Spain.
You’ll work closely with the CEO, Sales and Delivery teams to shape our marketing strategy and directly influence the company's growth.

Your Mission
Your mission will be to increase DEMPO's visibility, generate qualified business opportunities, strengthen our Employer Brand and help accelerate the company's sustainable growth.




You’ll work across Marketing, Sales and Leadership to ensure our brand, messaging and commercial activity are aligned with our business goals.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute DEMPO's marketing and growth strategy.
- Generate qualified leads through inbound and outbound initiatives.
- Support Sales with campaigns that improve pipeline generation and conversion.
- Manage our digital marketing strategy across multiple channels.
- Coordinate content creation, case studies, white papers and customer success stories.
- Plan and execute Employer Branding initiatives together with the People & Culture team.
- Collaborate on the evolution of our Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
- Organise and coordinate DEMPO's participation in industry events and conferences.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and partners.
- Analyse marketing performance and optimise campaigns based on data.
