This role will be part of the regional Compensation & Benefits team and will support the administration, analysis, and execution of compensation and benefits programs across EMEA. The Total Rewards Specialist EMEA will apply developing professional expertise to support compensation and benefits processes, market data activities, job evaluation requests, vendor coordination, and regional program administration.
The role will work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of data and situations requires review of a variety of factors.



The incumbent will exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions and will build productive working relationships with internal HR/business stakeholders and external providers.
This position reports to the Director, People Operations Total Rewards & Mobility EMEA .
Key Responsibilities
- Support market analyses and job evaluation activities for job creation and reclassification requests, reviewing business input, internal equity and external market data to contribute to recommendations on job grade, incentive eligibility and job title.
- Participate in annual country-specific salary, benefits and salary increase surveys, coordinating inputs with market data providers and internal stakeholders.
- Support compensation analyses and modeling, including compa-ratio, salary range, market positioning, equity/market adjustment and other standard compensation analyses, following defined methodologies and procedures.
