Your new role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll join an experienced commercial team working on the delivery of a major hyperscale data centre project. Supporting the commercial management of a key construction package, you'll be involved from procurement through to final account, helping to drive commercial performance on a technically complex, high-value development.
Working alongside project managers, engineers and site teams,



you'll gain exposure to world-class project delivery while developing your expertise within the mission-critical sector. Whether your background is in MEP or CSA , this is an excellent opportunity to build your career on one of Europe's most significant construction projects.
You'll:
- Manage the commercial aspects of your work package from procurement through to final account.
- Prepare valuations, variations and payment applications.
- Monitor project costs, budgets and commercial forecasts.
- Review subcontractor accounts and manage commercial relationships.
- Support contract administration and ensure commercial compliance.
- Identify commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain accurate commercial reporting and documentation.

What you'll need to succeed
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline.
