This role blends student services, administrative coordination, and social and engagement program management.
We’re looking for a highly organized, customer-focused individual with strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and a knack for problem-solving. You’ll be the first point of contact for many students, ensuring a welcoming environment, smooth administration, and a vibrant social and cultural program. Student Services
Support students with general requests, including local information and emergencies and be the main point of contact during office hours.
Cover the school reception during operating hours: answer inquiries in person, by phone, WhatsApp, and email,



and assist potential new visitors.
Process new student enrollments and withdrawals, ensuring the student database is kept up to date and all records are accurately maintained.
Manage printing, photocopying, and the purchase of teaching materials according to faculty needs.
Activities, Trips & Cultural Engagement
Organize cultural workshops, social events, and weekend trips in partnership with trusted providers, ensuring high quality and clear communication of costs, meeting points, and schedules.
Oversee student satisfaction with the cultural engagement piece, ensuring an average rating of 90% or higher.
Coordinate and accompany on-site activities and day trips, occasionally during weekends, ensuring smooth logistics and a positive student experience.
