You will be the design voice of the product: the person who owns the experience end-to-end, sets the quality bar, and makes the calls that shape how thousands of sales people interact with AI every day.




You will improve what exists, fix the legacy we've accumulated while moving fast, and design what's coming next — the future of AI in voice and communication. This role is for someone senior and self-directed — someone who already knows what good UI and good UX look like, and doesn't need a playbook to get there. You understand design systems, interaction patterns, and the difference between polish that matters and polish that doesn't. And you'll stay close to the client: discovering problems on calls, in data, and in the product itself, sometimes together and sometimes entirely on your own.
In this role you will own product design end-to-end — from discovery and interaction design to high-fidelity execution and the design system that holds it all together.
