Business Controller – Keonn (Novanta Group)
Keonn, part of Novanta, is a fast‑growing RFID hardware and software business serving retail, healthcare, logistics, and industrial markets. As Keonn scales within a publicly traded global group, we are looking for a Business Controller to act as the key finance partner to the local leadership team. This role is adecuado for a hands‑on finance professional who enjoys working close to the business, translating commercial activity into financial insight and helping build robust financial processes in a growing, technology‑driven environment.
Act as the embedded finance business partner for Keonn leadership.
Own budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting for the business unit.
Lead reporting on bookings, backlog, shipments, and performance vs. targets.
Support monthly accounting close in coordination with local and corporate finance teams.
5+ years of experience in FP&A;, controlling, or finance business partnering.
~ Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with experience supporting Sales or revenue forecasting.




~ Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience is a plus.
~ Comfortable working in an evolving, growth‑stage environment.
~ Fluent English/Catalan required
