The Senior Talent & Organizational Effectiveness Manager - EMEA is responsible for translating business strategy into talent outcomes across the region, ensuring the organization has the capabilities, leadership pipelines, and workforce plans needed to support growth and transformation. Acting as a strategic partner to business leaders, HRBPs, and global talent teams, this role drives talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. Lead strategic workforce planning,



identifying capability gaps, leadership needs, talent risks, and the impact of AI and automation on work.
Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning, ensuring clear decisions, accountability, and follow-through actions.
Drive talent mobility by connecting leaders, countries, and functions to enable enterprise-wide talent deployment.
Partner with HR and business leaders on organizational design, operating model effectiveness, and transformation initiatives.
Lead regional and global talent projects from design to implementation, ensuring stakeholder alignment and measurable outcomes.
Enhance performance and talent management practices through data-driven insights, governance, and accountability.
Build strong regional and global networks to share talent practices and align talent priorities with business objectives.
