We are looking for a Structured Finance Specialist to join our team in Madrid, supporting the financing and execution of utility-scale solar, wind and BESS projects across Europe, the U.Support the structuring and execution of project finance transactions and potential asset sales.
Build and maintain financial models to evaluate project economics and financing structures.
Support debt raising processes, interacting with banks, investors and financial advisors.
Coordinate financial, legal and technical due diligence.
Prepare investment materials and support internal decision-making.
Work closely with Business Development, M&A; and Legal teams.
5+ years of experience in Project Finance, Structured Finance, Investment Banking,



Infrastructure Finance or Financial Advisory.
~ Experience supporting debt financing transactions in renewables or infrastructure.
~ Good understanding of Corporate Finance and Project Finance.
~ Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering or a related field.
~ Fluent English and Spanish.
~ Advanced Excel skills.
