Aircall is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join as the founding design voice, owning the end-to-end product experience and crafting interfaces for AI-powered voice and communications tools. You will shape the design system, push for craft, and partner with leadership to balance speed and quality in a fast-moving startup environment.
You will own discovery to delivery, work closely with engineering and product founders, and help define the UI/UX of a scalable AI-driven product used by sales
