Advising on all phases of commercial operations, from proposal and tender review to contract negotiation.
Providing strategic legal advice throughout the complete lifecycle of operations.
Negotiating and reviewing contracts related to technology services, outsourcing, BPO, consulting and digital services.
Supporting post-contractual matters and the management and resolution of disputes.
Collaborating on regulatory compliance programs, identifying and escalating relevant regulatory issues.
6 to 8 years of experience in commercial legal advice, preferably in the technology sector or a multinational environment.
~ Strong knowledge of contract law, outsourcing, BPO and digital services.
~ Ability to work autonomously,



manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate effectively with different business areas.
~ Business-oriented mindset, strategic thinking and demonstrated negotiation skills.
~ Fluent in professional English. Experience in technology companies or international consulting firms.
Experience in outsourcing or managed services.
Knowledge of compliance, competition, anti-corruption or export control regulations.
Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools applied to the legal field.
Experience leading improvement or process transformation initiatives.
