Take ownership of a complex, high-impact product area where you’ll build your product craft end-to-end — from discovery to delivery — while working with strong engineering and UX partners. Lead and facilitate discovery activities (user research, prototyping, experiments) with UX and engineering to validate problems before building.
Coordinate release planning, manage cross-team dependencies, and improve delivery predictability and throughput.
Champion data-informed prioritization and collaborate with stakeholders to balance customer value, technical sustainability and compliance.
3–7+ years’ experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst or similar role within software product delivery.




~ Proven experience working in agile teams (Scrum and/or Kanban) and strong backlog management, prioritization, and refinement skills.
~ Excellent user story writing and acceptance criteria definition.
~ Demonstrable experience running discovery activities and partnering with UX and engineering to validate solutions.
~ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; Fluent in English (written and spoken). German is a plus but not required.
~ Experience with API-driven software environments and familiarity with regulatory/compliance considerations in banking or financial services.
