TP in Barcelona is seeking a customer service representative to handle incoming calls from new and existing customers, and to manage orders, changes and returns for timely delivery.
You will provide excellent service across channels to enhance satisfaction, engagement and sales. Fluency in Spanish (C2) and English (C1+) is required, along with strong communication, numeracy and organizational skills. The role is on-site, 38.5 hours per week, and initially offered as a one‑month contract.
