Senior Composites Manufacturing Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Deliver effective management on individual projects.
Analysis quality issues in projects.
Review designs to identify potential errors or critical points, and document recommended solutions.
Develop and design additional components and prepare relevant documentation.
Select materials considering manufacturer and/or supplier availability.
Compile and select technical regulations, standards, and norms.
Provide end‑to‑end customer support, from the development phase to serial production, including supplier management, component manufacturing, and on‑site assembly assistance.
Conduct research and information gathering, including articles and datasheets.
Work collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered successfully.




Complete the corresponding 4C and QR documents.
Visit clients/suppliers when necessary.
Assist in the development of new processes and procedures across teams.
Implement and maintain rigorous engineering process methodology within the manufacturing team.
Lead Practical Problem‑Solving (PPS) activities to address Quality Concern Reports (QCR).
Represent Managing Composites as a subject matter expert for teaching and project activities.
Requirements
~ Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
~ Experience working with CATIA, Fusion 360, CIE, and Microsoft Project.
~ Strong problem‑solving skills.
~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
~ Excellent time management skills with the ability to organize, coordinate, and prioritize tasks effectively.
~ Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
~ Enjoy hands‑on work with a proactive attitude.
~ Advanced Excel skills.
