We are looking for a Marketing Account & Strategy Lead to lead accounts end to end as part of a senior team: someone who manages the client relationship, defines the marketing strategy aligned with the strategy lead, coordinates the team involved and gets hands‐on in the execution. Not an account handler who passes messages, but a consultant who understands the client's business, proposes from expertise ("we recommend this", not "what would you prefer?") and takes accountability for the result.
We want a profile with their own judgment, able to lead without becoming a bottleneck: a team player who empowers others, pushes the work toward business impact and knows when (and how) to say no to a client with criteria.

What you will do
Reporting to Management, your main responsibilities will include:
Be a trusted point of contact for your accounts: understand the client's business and pain points, bring proposals from expertise, and share the leadership of key accounts with the strategy lead.
Translate client needs into marketing strategic plans and proposals, building the marketing strategy and aligning it with the strategy lead.
Lead and execute marketing projects end to end: coordinate project managers, content, strategy and creative teams to guarantee delivery, and run parts of the project yourself.
Take accountability for quality, margins and client satisfaction, not just on‐time delivery.
Spot growth opportunities that arise naturally from the relationship and turn them into proposals (this is a consulting role, not a
