Value Engineer – Strategic Value & Process Optimisation Consultant
As part of Celonis, you will lead data-driven business transformation with customers and prospects, partnering with the Sales Team and owning the end-to-end value journey. You will act as a trusted advisor to help customers achieve strategic goals and realize value using the Celonis Platform. In collaboration with services and tech partners, you will drive measurable business impact across processes and industries and accelerate adoption of the platform. You will blend process and industry expertise with consulting, AI, and analytical skills at the forefront of a Fast‑growing tech company.
What you will do
- Identify & Frame Value (Win Accounts): Work with Sales to define account strategy and pitch corporate prospects. Translate high-level business needs into AI and process-mining use cases, building tailored business cases, technical demos, and Proof-of-Value projects to win new accounts.
- Realize Value (Execute & Deliver Impact): Govern and drive the execution of the implementation plan.



Collaborate with delivery teams and the customer’s services to ensure solutions are deployed, tracking and unlocking maximum value and ROI for senior leadership.
- Scale Value (Grow Accounts): Drive account growth, adoption, and renewals by embedding Celonis as a transformation platform. Oversee multidisciplinary account teams, align with Sales on expansion roadmaps, and communicate results to C-level executives. Ensure CIO and executive sponsorship.
- Language and Location Native-level Spanish proficiency is required for this role. Candidates must lead customer workshops, conduct executive presentations, and manage stakeholder interactions in Spanish.

Qualifications you need
- 4+ years of experience leading technical pre-sales and delivery projects, defining AI roadmaps, building ROI/TCO cases, prototyping ML/generative AI solutions, and ensuring health and expansion in the customer journey.
