About the Role: We are looking for an experienced HR Administration & Payroll Manager to lead payroll and HR administration activities for Spain while collaborating closely with international stakeholders across the organization.
This is a key leadership position, combining operational excellence with people management responsibilities. You will oversee payroll and HR administration processes, manage a small team, contribute to HR transformation initiatives, and ensure a high-quality employee experience across the organization.
Lead, mentor, and develop the HR Administration and Payroll team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Oversee and coordinate the monthly payroll process for Spain, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contractual changes, benefits administration, leave management, and offboarding.
Ensure HR policies, procedures,



and administrative processes comply with Spanish labor legislation and internal standards.
Act as a trusted partner for employees, managers, and senior stakeholders on payroll and HR administration matters.
Manage and optimize employee benefits programs, including private healthcare, meal vouchers, life insurance, and adaptable compensation schemes.
Oversee HR reporting, people metrics, and workforce analytics to support business decision‑making.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR data across HRIS platforms.
Collaborate with international HR teams, including Portugal and regional stakeholders, ensuring alignment of processes and best practices.
Lead HR administration and payroll‑related projects, including process improvement, automation, digital transformation, and HRIS implementations.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
