About The Position
We have an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager to join an established team at Kongsberg Automotive. This position involves close collaboration with colleagues and customers across Europe so if you are self motivated, with a background in Automotive Engineering and enjoy supporting and working closely with people across the globe, this may be the position for you.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product development and industrialization projects in a dynamic automotive environment.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams, driving collaboration and delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Act as the key interface between customers, operations, engineering, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, maximizing project profitability and operational efficiency.
- Oversee manufacturing readiness, including process validation, tooling implementation, prototype builds, and production launches.
- Monitor project performance through KPIs, risk management,



and strategic planning to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering innovative solutions that meet technical, commercial, and quality requirements.
- Contribute to the successful launch of new products and production lines while supporting long-term business growth.

Requirements

To Be Successful In The Role You Must Have
- BCs in Industrial engineering.
- High level of spoken and written English (compulsory) and German (recommended).
- 5 to 10 years of previous experience in the automotive sector in production, processes, metal and plastic product development departments.
- Proven experience in international project management and team management.
- Analytical profile with orientation to results and developm
