What about the team?
As a key player within the Performance Marketing team, the SEM Specialist will drive profitable growth across all Exoticca markets by leveraging AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making to maximize the return of our multi-million-dollar search marketing program.
You will bring your expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, architecting and optimizing AI-powered Search strategies through frameworks such as AI Max, Performance Max, Value-Based Bidding,



and audience targeting. You will also evaluate and test emerging advertising opportunities across AI-powered and conversational search platforms (ex. ChatGPT Ads), ensuring Exoticca remains at the forefront of search marketing innovation.
Beyond campaign management, you will help shape the future of our Search program by integrating first-party data, automation, experimentation, and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT into everyday workflows. Working closely with Marketing, Data, Product, and MarTech teams, you will transform performance signals into scalable acquisition strategies that drive sustainable business growth.
