Guardian of uptime: ensure stability and availability of production applications and blockchain infrastructure.
Environment management: oversee pre‑production and staging environments to enable seamless delivery.
Incident & problem management: lead triage of alerts, conduct root‑cause analysis, and manage follow‑ups to prevent recurrence.
Disaster recovery: coordinate testing, audits, and continuous improvement of monitoring tools and processes.
AI & Automation Innovation
~ Apply hands‑on AI experience to build tools and agents that automate repetitive support tasks, triage, and reporting.

Technical (Web 3 and Blockchain) Research
~ Stay current with supported blockchains and DApps, deconstruct new technologies to evaluate impact on product support.





Support‑oriented mindset with a drive to investigate root causes and a commitment to system stability.
Previous experience supporting applications in a production environment.
Hands‑on experience using AI/LLMs to automate workflows or infrastructure monitoring.
Strong communication skills to bridge end‑users and engineering teams, presenting clear empathetic updates and technical data.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Rust, Python, Node.js, or Golang.
Blockchain/Web3 technical depth with hands‑on experience writing or deploying DApps in Solana or EVM, and practical experience with staking across blockchains.
