THE POSITION
The Senior Platform Engineer for Onsite Technologies, you will play a key role
in the design, evolution, and continuous improvement of Roche’s workplace
technology platforms. You will provide technical leadership across enterprise
workplace services with a particular focus on Printing, Microsoft technologies,
Automation, Platform Engineering, and service integrations. Working closely with
architects, engineering teams, service delivery managers, and managed service
providers, you will help ensure Roche’s workplace platforms remain scalable,
reliable, secure, and operationally efficient.
You will contribute to the strategic evolution of workplace platforms while
supporting global engineering initiatives and driving modernization efforts
across the Onsite Technology Services portfolio. This role combines technical
expertise, platform ownership, solution design, automation, and operational
excellence within a general enterprise environment. The role is heavily focused
on engineering, platform enablement, technical governance, and continuous
improvement rather than people management responsibilities.
