About The Role
As an Admin Culinary Trainee,



you will provide administrative support to the Culinary department, assisting with labor cost control, workforce management, communication, training coordination, and operational reporting.
This is an administrative and operational support role in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will collaborate closely with different hotel departments to help ensure the successful execution of daily culinary operations and maintain the high standards expected at Grand Hyatt Barcelona.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control temporary workforce administration (ETTs), including the organization, verification, and monthly reconciliation of working hours
