Your role and responsibilities
As part of the People Analytics team,



the Data Scientist will contribute to a resourceful, quick-reacting group that supplies dependable, high-quality analytics to business and HR leaders to support Talent, Performance, and Culture planning.
Reporting to the Team Lead or Global Head of People Analytics, you will be responsible for delivering global projects that improve workforce decision-making at ABB
The work model for the role is: Hybrid
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Partner with cross-functional and general teams to lead analytics projects that solve complex business problems, managing the end-to-end lifecycle from requirement gathering and data extraction to analysis and presenting insights.
- Develop advanced statistical and machine learning models using techniques such as regression, clustering, forecasting, decision trees, neural networks, and other data mining methods to generate actionable insights.
