We are currently looking for a Network Engineer (L1 / L2) professional to join our team in an on-site support role.

Job Responsibilities
Provide Level 1/Level 2 support for network infrastructure and connectivity issues
Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN network performance
Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls
Diagnose network issues related to IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
Assist in network installations, upgrades, and patching activities
Ensure network security and follow best practices
Support end-users with connectivity and access-related issues
Maintain network documentation and update configurations
Log, track, and resolve incidents through the ticketing system
Escalate complex network issues to senior engineers/vendors




Ensure timely resolution as per SLA requirements
Required Skills & Experience
~1–3 years of experience in Network Support / Network Engineering
~ Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
~ Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco, Juniper, etc.)
~ Basic knowledge of network security principles
~ Experience with VPN and remote access technologies
~ Familiarity with monitoring tools and ticketing systems
~ Relevant certifications (CCNA or equivalent) are a plus
~ Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
~ Good communication and customer-handling skills
~ Ability to work independently in an on-site environment
