I'm currently partnering with a integral manufacturing organisation to recruit a Business Controller for their finance team based in Madrid.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an international business with operations across multiple continents, working within a collaborative Group Finance function where you'll play a key role in financial planning, reporting and business performance.
Working closely with senior finance leaders, you'll help deliver high-quality financial insight that supports strategic decision-making across the organisation.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning activities.
Perform variance analysis, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
Monitor business performance and provide meaningful financial insights to stakeholders.
Support CAPEX reporting and investment analysis.
Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, reporting and controls.




Support audit activities and ensure compliance with internal policies.
3–7 years' experience in Business Controlling, FP&A;, Finance Business Partnering or Management Reporting.
~ Exposure to budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
~ Experience with finance systems such as OneStream, SAP, Oracle, SAP BFC or similar EPM/ERP platforms would be highly advantageous.
~ Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is beneficial.
~ Fluent English is essential. Spanish is highly desirable, with French considered an advantage.
