We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
Provide remote support and troubleshooting for end-user devices, ensuring a seamless workplace experience.
Manage device lifecycle activities, including provisioning, configuration, maintenance and replacement.
Administer and maintain endpoint management solutions to ensure compliance, security and operational efficiency.
Deploy software packages, operating system updates and security patches across enterprise environments.
Configure and manage Intune policies, device compliance rules and modern workplace services.
Support SCCM administration, application packaging and large-scale software deployments.
Manage printer infrastructure, connectivity issues, driver deployments and user support.
Monitor endpoint performance,



resolve incidents and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.

Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Nexthink and Digital Workplace services.
Experience supporting enterprise collaboration, messaging and endpoint management platforms.
Strong troubleshooting, incident management and service improvement skills.
Experience working in large international enterprise environments.
Professional working proficiency in English (C1+).
French is a plus.
Workplace: Hybrid (40% Remote / 60% On-site)
Work Schedule: Rotating shifts between 07:00 and 19:00, plus on-call support outside business hours.
