This role translates demand signals into time-phased replenishment plans, aligns closely with supply, transportation, and warehouse teams,



and continuously improves distribution planning performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDistribution & Replenishment Planning* Develop and maintain distribution requirements plans (DRP) for assigned distribution centers and regions.* Translate demand forecasts into replenishment plans, considering lead times, safety stock, lot sizes, and capacity constraints.* Determine optimal inventory levels to achieve service targets while minimizing excess and obsolescence.* Monitor stock positions and proactively resolve risks such as shortages, overstock, or slow-moving inventory.Cross-Functional Coordination* Collaborate with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Transportation, and Warehousing teams.* Support S&OP; / IBP processes with reliable distribution and inventory insights.Execution & Performance Management* Track and analyse KPIs such as service level, inventory turns, stock-outs, and days of supply.* Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning pr
