Alongside the Training Leader, coordinate the logistics, the programme, the activities and communication with participants, base staff and guest speakers.
OM in Spain wants to open a base in the south of Spain where local people, as well as those from other countries, can be trained to be effective in sharing the gospel in Spain or other cultures, giving them practical tools, experiences and missiology theory to develop their skills.
This has resulted in a city with a lot of cultural diversity, providing an excellent opportunity to learn about both Spanish and Arab cultures.
Some of the things you will be doing include planning the weekly schedule, designing training, delegating program activities, organizing weekly training sessions and other program related activities.

A good level of the Spanish or English language and a strong commitment to learn English or Spanish.
