As part of an international team,



you will work on strategic projects that influence maintenance operations across Europe and beyond. You will combine industrial engineering, operational excellence, data-driven decision-making and digital innovation to create sustainable competitive advantages for Siemens Mobility.
In your new role, you will develop a holistic and competitive maintenance concept. In doing so, you will take customer requirements, contractual obligations, and other project-specific constraints into account.
Based on this concept, you will calculate production capacities, critical resources, and staffing requirements.
During detailed planning, you will develop optimized workflows that serve as the basis for subsequent operations.
You will act as an internal consultant for international maintenance projects, working closely with plant management, operational teams, and senior stakeholders.
