What you will do:
You will have the opportunity to work on strategic and high impact projects for EDP across Europe:
- Strategic & Business Development Support
- Support strategic projects for the European region: assess strategic options, scenarios and trade-offs, translating complex inputs into clear recommendations and action plans.
- Conduct market, financial, and competitive analyses to support strategic decision-making across Europe.
- Prepare business cases, strategic assessments and executive presentations for EDP Group’s C-level leadership.
- Cross-functional transformation
- Contribute to strategic cross-functional, high-impact initiatives,



including key business challenges, operating model shifts and high-stake decision making.
- Act as internal consultant to regional and country teams on operational and strategic requests, including profitability assurance, portfolio excellence, efficiency, asset rotation and pipeline monitoring.
- Contribute to emerging growth and value-creation topics such as BESS, hybridization, grid constraints, data centers, Agri-PV, electrification, market intelligence and GenAI-enabled ways of working.
- Monitor and challenge project pipelines across in-house developments, while supporting the assessment of M&A; and co-development opportunities from a strategic and commercial perspective.

What are we looking for:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Engineering or similar, with a strong academic record.
- Preferably 1–2 years of working
