Together with a young, highly motivated team you will build and run the DiF WindTunnel for performance engineering.

Are you excited about joining our engineering team that helps the bank to systematically test existing and new solutions (we call it our Performance Engineering WindTunnel)? Do you have a natural curiosity to uncover bottlenecks and the technical skillset to resolve them? Are you motivated to take ownership and contribute to building high-performing frontend solutions in a banking environment?
We are looking for a Performance Engineer with focus on performance testing and optimization who combines technical expertise with strong analytical skills and a passion for problem-solving. In this role, you will:
Performance Testing & Optimization
- Regularly conduct performance, load, and stress tests on web applications to ensure compliance with defined SLAs.
- Identify performance bottlenecks across frontend, APIs, and infrastructure, and recommend improvements.

Collaboration & Quality Assurance
- Work closely with developers, testers, architects, and business stakeholders to integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Document test strategies, scenarios, and results with clear reporting tailored to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
