Formation des clients et des services techniques associés à l'entreprise.
Être le référent technique au sein du service, en maîtrisant les solutions aux niveaux fonctionnel et technique.
Travailler les canaux de communication avec l'équipe de Support Technique.
Procédures de communication, gestion des incidents, suivi des installations, etc.
Participation aux salons professionnels du secteur si nécessaire, en accompagnant les STA afin qu'elles soient le plus autonomes possible.
Dimensionnement du réseau STA afin de couvrir les services proposés par l'entreprise.
Suivi de leur performance afin de corriger d'éventuels écarts.




Contrôler la qualité de service du réseau de STA auprès des clients.
Renforcer la formation de nos clients (par exemple, via des événements spécifiques) en collaboration avec le réseau commercial.
Diplôme d'ingénieur industriel ou en télécommunications.
Langues parlées : arabe, français et anglais.
