About The Role The role of a Real Estate Agent involves acting as a trusted intermediary, facilitating transactions between property buyers and sellers. Accompany clients on property viewings.
Offer guidance on negotiation strategies, pricing, mortgages, legal aspects, and related matters.
Maintain in-depth market knowledge and create comprehensive property listings.
Real estate experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
Fluency in English and Spanish is essential. (Replace Dutch with Spanish as it aligns with the company's location).
Basic proficiency in internet usage, Windows, and MS Office.
Adaptable working hours.
Valid driver's license required.
Working Hours Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Lunch Break: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM)
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Getting On If you are inexperienced, you do not need to worry since TEKCE Academy will provide you with the necessary training online for 2 weeks.
