We are working on behalf of our well-established international client who is looking to hire an experienced and talented IT recruitment expert in their thriving Barcelona office.

A hands-on billing management role, where you’ll lead by example generating business across France and grow the contract IT client portfolio.
Spearheading the development and implementation of the commercial strategy for the French recruitment division.
As a people manager, you’ll provide 1-2-1 support ensuring each 360 recruiter achieves their full potential. You will have at least 5 years recruiting within the IT, Tech or Digital markets. This will be focused on contract/ freelance positions
~Highly experienced in business development and maintaining relationship with clients in the French market




~At least 2 years direct management of 360 recruitment consultants
~Fluent French essential, with conversational English.
~A confident leader with business acumen, able to motivate and drive a successful team
~Flexibility – 2 days working from home and reduced summer hours
