ROLE PURPOSE
The Global Delivery Leader will play a key role in transforming sa.general's delivery function from a traditional project-based execution model into a scalable, AI-enabled delivery ecosystem that supports modern, outcome-driven services and long-term business growth.
This role owns the design, implementation, and ongoing performance of the global delivery operating model, working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to ensure alignment with the company's strategic direction. While the CEO retains ultimate accountability for organization-wide operating model decisions, the Global Delivery Leader drives the transformation agenda, brings the model to life, and ensures successful adoption across the business.
