What You’ll Do
Employee Relations
- Lead the company’s employee relations strategy in Spain.
- Manage relationships with employee representatives and works councils.
- Participate in collective bargaining negotiations, labor agreements, and conflict resolution processes.
- Advise management on employment law matters and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate disciplinary procedures, individual and collective disputes, as well as mediation processes and labor inspections.
- Manage relationships with external legal advisors and labor law firms.

HR Business Partner Function
- Act as a partner to business and operations teams in decision-making related to people and organizational matters.
- Partner in organizational talent management, and workforce planning efforts.
- Support organizational change and cultural transformation processes.
