Overview:
We are looking for a customer-focused professional to join an international organization and provide operational, administrative and customer support. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring excellent service levels, efficient order processing and effective coordination between customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and other communication channels, ensuring a professional and timely response.
- Provide product, service and basic technical information while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process and manage customer orders accurately within internal systems and follow up on order status, stock availability and deliveries.
- Coordinate the resolution of customer issues by collaborating with internal departments and ensuring effective communication throughout the process.
- Manage returns, warranty claims and related documentation in accordance with established procedures.
- Create and maintain customer accounts and records,



ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all information.
- Perform administrative tasks and maintain documentation to support daily business operations.
- Support inventory and logistics-related activities to ensure service continuity and product availability.
- Assist with invoice, payment and credit note inquiries, escalating and resolving issues when appropriate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, operations and logistics to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards and company policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Italian speaker with strong command of English and Spanish, both written and spoken, enabling effective communication in an international environment.
- 2 years of experience in customer service, support operations, or similar client-facin
