The AESA International School System is seeking a Head of Academics to serve as a senior academic leader across our international high school programs.
This is a full-time leadership position based at AESA Prep Academy of Barcelona, with responsibility for managing faculty across both AESA Prep Academy of Barcelona, our in-person American high school campus in Pedralbes, and AESA Prep International, our Cognia-accredited online school serving students around the world.
The Head of Academics will report to the Director and will play a central role in leading, supporting, and managing AESA's faculty. This person will help ensure that teachers are aligned, supported, accountable, and consistently delivering high-quality academic experiences across both our in-person and online programs.
