and implement the local preventative maintenance framework for the Madrid facilities Crucial Expectations & Performance Targets To provide a clear understanding of the accountability required, the successful candidate will be evaluated on the following key metrics during the initial 6 to 12 months: Infrastructure Commissioning: Ensure all automated systems, sorters, scanning equipment, and physical structures are installed, tested, and legally certified strictly on schedule for the site launch Vendor & Contractor Management: Successfully supervise and audit third-party engineering contractors, ensuring all installations strictly adhere to agreed technical blueprints, budget constraints, and EU/Spanish industrial standards (Normas UNE / CE marking) Equipment Reliability Architecture: Design and deploy a robust preventative and corrective maintenance schedule, minimizing operational downtime and maximizing the lifecycle of automated and mobile assets Technical Asset Compliance: Guarantee
