We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist who speaks Italian to join our growing team. The successful candidate will manage recruitment processes from initial briefing through to offer, supporting clients and candidates across Italian-speaking markets.

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment process, including role briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate presentation, offer management and onboarding support.
Identify and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, networking,



referrals and other relevant channels.
Client Partnership: Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand recruitment needs, define profiles and provide market insight and advice.
Interviews and Assessment: Conduct structured telephone, video and face-to-face interviews, assessing candidates against role requirements and cultural fit.
Develop knowledge of the Italian talent market, relevant sectors and recruitment trends to support effective sourcing strategies.
Process Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and vacancy information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring compliance with data protection requirements.
Track recruitment activity and key performance indicators, sharing updates with internal stakeholders and contributing to team objectives.
Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search, agency recruitment or an internal recruitment fun
