About the Role
As a Social Designer, you'll create and adapt high-quality design work for social media, partnering with a creative team to build strong visual concepts for an iconic automotive brand. You will bring ideas to life across different channels while keeping a close eye on brand guidelines, quality standards, and local market needs. Responsibilities:
Creative Leadership
- Lead the conceptual and visual development of social media campaigns for a globally recognized automotive brand.
- Partner with Content and Creative teams to generate innovative concepts and creative solutions for local and regional markets.
- Ensure all creative output meets the highest standards of craft, brand consistency, and visual excellence.
- Review, direct, and approve design work produced by the team, providing clear and actionable feedback.
- Maintain a strong understanding of social media trends, platform best practices, audience behaviors, and emerging creative opportunities.
Team Management & Development
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of designers, fostering a collaborative, supportive, and high-performing environment.
- Conduct regular feedback, and performance conversations to support individual growth and career development.
- Help onboard new team members and promote design best practices, workflows, and quality standards across the team.
- Encourage a culture of curiosity, continuous learning, and creative excellence.
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Oversee the visual side of social media calendars and campaign deliverables across multiple markets.
- Balance multiple projects and priorities while ensuring deadlines and quality expectations are consistently met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align creative solutions with business objectives and market needs.
