Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related technical field; postgraduate training in Procurement or Supply Chain Management is a plus.
~5–7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing/procurement, ideally within technical or industrial environments.
~ Proven track record developing and managing international supplier relationships, including negotiation, performance evaluation and long-term partnership building.
~ Experience leading or coordinating teams, with the ability to develop people and collaborate across a matrix structure, sharing best practices with other strategic purchasers within the group.
~ Solid skills in purchasing reporting and budget/spend analysis.
~ Familiarity with supplier quality processes (corrective actions, audits).
~ High level of English (B2/C1 minimum), essential for international supplier and team interaction.
