Scope / (Content Leadership): Provides strategic technical guidance and sets the direction for digital product development in alignment with business goals and priorities
Core Engineering Domains: Javascript developer Fullstack, DevOps, IaC or Application and Application Infrastructure support
Atlassian Platform Administration: Act as a full Administrator for the Atlassian Suite in the Cloud (Jira, Confluence, etc.), overseeing platform stability,
configurations, custom workflows, and integrations.
Leverage Python and AI/GenAI-capable tools (MCP/automation scripts) to streamline workflows, optimize ticket resolution, and automate repetitive platform operations and user experience for the tools in scope (jira, codebeamer, confluence, OpenPDM, AllureTestOps)
Possesses a strong grasp of stakeholder ecosystems and their needs, excelling in negotiations and partnerships for mutual benefits. Provides global-level support for innovative and technological initiatives. Gives speeches and shares knowledge in general/international events, drives tech universities, Centers of Excellence (CoEs), and knowledge-sharing initiatives, and is actively engaged in Chapter/Site related activities
Proven track record in a Senior/Lead Engineer or DevOps/Platform Specialist role
Strong experience in handling escalated support (L2/L3) for enterprise digital tools/plat
