The Team Document-oriented workloads are at the heart of many modern applications, and in this role you’ll help shape how developers build them using Redis. You will own and evolve Redis’s document data capabilities , enabling developers to work with JSON-based application data in a fast, intuitive, and scalable way across a wide range of real-world use cases.
The challenges you’ll tackle span data modelling, performance, memory efficiency, scalability, and developer experience, with direct feedback from customers running document-centric workloads at scale.
This role offers a unique opportunity to influence how Redis is used beyond caching,



while balancing simplicity and flexibility with the needs of open source users and enterprise customers in cloud and self-managed environments. Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for Redis’s document-oriented data capabilities as well as advanced ways to query them
Identify and prioritize document-centric use cases where Redis delivers strong customer value
Work with our alliances team to establish relationships with key partners in the document-centric application and data ecosystem, and drive joint customer value
Translate customer and market needs around JSON-based data models, document access patterns, scalability, and reliability into clear product requirements
Partner with GTM, sales, and marketing to help position and explain Redis’s document use cases
Gather customer feedback through direct engagement, usage data, and market research
