We are currently looking for a Multilingual Customer Service Representative (German or French speaking) to join us at our facility in Asturias (Spain) .
The purpose of this position is to receive and process customer orders and to provide service information to external customers or potential customers on various types of customer orders, including complex and/or export orders, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage customer service inquiries to ensure requirements are met. Make root cause analysis, solve problems, and process customer complaints and returns, according to the Complaint Management process and return policies.



Performs quality control checks and takes subsequent corrective actions.
Ensure quality data integrity and accuracy: customer master data maintenance, materials, invoicing, inventory management, reconciliation, transfer pricing, etc.
Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders: sales, logistics, supply chain, credit controllers, data management team, carriers, warehouse, and customers.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience
~ Local language, good knowledge of English, good knowledge of German and/or French (oral and written)
~ Proficient in Word and Excel. Good knowledge of SAP.
~ Skills: Problem-solving, analysis, organization, customer focus, active listening and good communication skills, multitasking, oriented to quality and building collaborative relationships.
