We're looking for a Global Payroll & EOR Onboarding Implementation Manager to join our Operations teams
Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects for General Payroll, Employer of Record (EOR), and workforce management solutions
Act as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and successful client experience
Conduct discovery sessions to understand client payroll, HR, compliance, operational, and business requirements
Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
Guide clients through platform configuration, data migration, testing, payroll validation, go-live readiness, and post-launch stabilization
Collaborate closely with Payroll Operations, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Account Management teams to ensure successful delivery and seamless handover
Support integrations between payroll, HRIS, ERP, and other third-party systems
Identify project risks, dependencies, and operational challenges,



implementing mitigation plans when needed
Leverage AI-powered tools and workflows to improve implementation efficiency, documentation quality, project delivery, and client outcomes
Contribute to the continuous improvement of implementation methodologies, playbooks, and best practices
