Kresta Holdings Limited is looking for a Regional Manager to continue driving our sales and growing the business across WA.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading teams, including managers, sales consultants, fitters and showroom staff ensuring the delivery of financial and operational performance targets across WA.
You will be responsible for bottom-line accountability for the delivery of KPI's, driving and maximizing window furnishing sales and installations . A finely tuned commercial acumen with a focus on operational optimization will see this person succeed in this role.
Effective control of the process from sales to installation
Driving sales targets and managing budgets
Leading teams to ensure exceptional customer service outcomes and their compliance with company policies and procedures
