As a Facilities Manager (m/f/d) you will be part of the Manufacturing department based in La Roca for a permanent contract.
Mission
- Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of all building and facility services
- Oversee technical infrastructure, including electrical systems and utilities




- Manage external service providers and ensure high-quality service delivery
- Ensure compliance with health, safety & environmental (HSE) regulations and internal standards
- Support energy management, sustainability initiatives, and site efficiency improvements
- Coordinate maintenance planning, repairs, and technical improvement projects
- Act as the key contact for internal stakeholders on all facility and HSE-related topics

Profile
- Technical degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Several years of experience in Facility Management, Maintenance, or HSE-related roles
- Strong knowledge of building systems, technical infrastructure, and maintenance processes
- Solid understanding of HSE regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience in managing external service providers and technical contractors
- Structured, hands-on, and solution-oriented working approach
- Strong communication and coordination skills
