At Miele, Immer Besser is more than just a promise to our customers — it also shapes the way we work together. In our Madrid office , we are looking for a Brand Specialist who wants to contribute to a collaborative, international, and people-focused environment, joining our Marketing Team.
Key Responsibilities of the role include:
Brand Campaigns & Activation
- Execute global brand and digital campaigns in the Spanish market
- Localize global campaign assets and coordinate the delivery of campaign materials to media agency.
- Develop and implement local brand activation initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, consideration and desirability.

Social Media & Content
- Develop and execute the local social media strategy in line with general guidelines and market needs.
- Plan, execute and optimize paid social media campaigns supporting owned content initiatives.

Media Strategy & Planning
- Contribute to the development of the annual media strategy based on business priorities and brand objectives.




- Brief and collaborate closely with the media agency to ensure flawless campaign execution across all channels.

Public Relations
- Support the development of the local PR strategy to strengthen brand reputation.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to maximize earned media opportunities.

What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, or at least in Brand Marketing and Social Media or Integrated Marketing.
- Fluent in Spanish, and high proficiency in English.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Great project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities, as well as analytical mindset (with experience monitoring KPIs) and translating insights into action.
