About the role
We have a great opportunity for a highly motivated Field Service Manager who will be responsible for driving business growth,



strengthening customer relationships, and overseeing operational performance across the region. The Field Service Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing key client accounts, and ensuring the safe, efficient, and profitable delivery of operational activities.
What you will be doing
Business Development – Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
Customer Relationships – Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
Operations Management – Oversee daily field service activities to ensure efficient delivery.
Team Leadership – Lead, coach, and support our WA team.
Strategic Planning – Develop initiatives that improve performance and profitability.
Performance Monitoring – Track operational and financial metrics and drive improvements.
